Possession of the appraisal report we compiled for your art object or any part of it does not carry with it the right of publication. No part of the report may be used or reproduced in any form or by any means, or stored in a database or retrieval system, without prior written permission of WEI YANG ART.

Important Statement

Wei Yang Art's estimates and property analysis are statemenets of opinion only and shall not be relied upon by you or any third party as a prediction or guarantee of the actual selling price. Our Chinese art specialist makes no representations or warranties with respect to the property, its authenticity, attribution, condition or otherwise. Furthermore WEI YANG ART's value conclusion or estimates are intended solely for the use of the owner of the property and only for the purpose of considering whether to consign the proerty to an art agent/dealer or have the property auctioned in an auction house. It may not be used by the owner for any other purpose, or by any third party for any purpose whatsever, nor may it be published.
